bb7 Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions document governs the use of the bb7 platform and all its services. bb7 is an online casino and betting platform for users in Bangladesh, offering slots, casino games, sports betting and various other entertainment services.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the bb7.cam website and all its sub-pages, mobile version and all associated digital services. "User" refers to any visitor, registered or unregistered, on the platform.

These terms are drawn up and governed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. The bb7 authority reserves the right to amend, change or update these terms at any time. If a user continues to use the platform after any change, the amended terms will be considered accepted.

To open an account and use gaming services on the bb7 platform, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older — for 21+ only.
• All information provided on the platform must be completely true and accurate.
• The account must be operated personally in your own name — not on behalf of another person.
• Must not be subject to any existing restriction related to online gaming or betting.
• Using online gaming services must be lawful from your location.

The bb7 authority reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. If a fraudulent age is provided, the account will be suspended immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

When registering with bb7, users must provide accurate and complete information. The following rules regarding the registration process must be strictly followed:

One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using the same device, IP address or payment method, is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.

Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. The password must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorized access is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. bb7 will not be liable if the account is operated by a third party.

Updating Information

Name and date of birth cannot be changed after registration. If an address or contact information needs to be updated, please contact the support team and provide the required documents.

The bb7 authority reserves the right to verify a user's identity and information at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. This process is part of the "KYC" (Know Your Customer) policy.

• A clear photo of a National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence.
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement (for the last 3 months).
• Proof of current address — utility bill or other official document.
• Document confirming ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false or forged documents will result in the account being closed immediately and the relevant authorities being notified.

The following conditions apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the bb7 platform:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits can only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal request processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If account verification is not complete, withdrawal processing may be delayed.
• For suspicious transactions, bb7 reserves the right to carry out additional verification.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the bb7 platform are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). bb7 does not charge any currency conversion fee, however the payment provider's own fees may apply.

bb7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the general conditions below carefully before accepting these offers:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, a turnover of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be completed. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a betting turnover of ৳10,000 is required.

General Rules on Bonuses

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — each applies separately.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly; the turnover requirement must be met.
• If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• The bb7 authority reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

Cashback and Reload Bonuses

Weekly cashback and reload bonus offers may be made available to regular members from time to time. The terms of these offers apply separately and will be detailed on the promotions page.

bb7's VIP program has three tiers. Users can move up to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback and basic benefits.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback and enhanced benefits.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback, priority support and special offers.

VIP tier is determined based on a user's overall activity and regularity on the platform. The bb7 authority reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program without prior notice. VIP rewards are not a legally claimable right — they are a discretionary benefit at bb7's sole discretion.

The following general rules apply to betting and playing games on the bb7 platform:

Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game or event.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, bb7 will not be liable for any loss.

Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino game results are determined by the relevant game provider's system (such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) and are broadcast live.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. Odds change over time. The odds at the time the bet is placed will be considered final. If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb7 platform and will result in the account being closed immediately:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Conducting fraud, money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Strategic bonus abuse — deliberately exploiting bonus benefits.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence.

If any of the above activities are detected, bb7 reserves the right to forfeit all deposits, bonuses and winnings and to take legal action.

The bb7 authority may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If false information or inconsistencies are found in the details provided.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity is found.
• When necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be returned before the account is closed, but forfeitable bonuses or winnings will not be.

• Personal information is never sold to third parties.

bb7 will not be held liable for any financial or other loss in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks) or Force Majeure events.
• Delays or losses caused by third parties (payment providers).
• Service unavailability during system maintenance.

In no case will bb7's maximum liability exceed the actual balance held in the user's own account.
